Shop Orders
Items from the Girl Scout Merchandise catalog that are regularly carried in the council shop, as well as specialty items such as troop flags and appreciation plaques can be ordered. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Payment for orders must be submitted at the time order is placed. For detailed instructions, please contact the Shop Manager.
Back Ordered Items
If you place an order and the goods are out of stock, we will inform you ASAP via e-mail or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct e-mail and telephone details on the order form.
We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
Cancelling or Altering Orders
If you have any questions or changes to your order, call us at (800) 762-6032 or e-mail us at shop@girlscoutsnv.org. You can cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its dispatch. Altered orders may be subject to a small delay as the order is repackaged, etc. Please have your order details ready when phoning us.
Order Confirmation
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
Exchanges/Returns
All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging. Goods listed in our Special Offers section, Clearance section, or dated items are not returnable. With receipt, and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Beyond 30 days, items returned with receipt can be exchanged or we will issue a store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for hair accessories.
If you are returning the item by mail, for your protection we recommend you insure the package. Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Always include a copy of your receipt with a notation indicating:
• The exact nature of the problem
• The corrective action you are requesting (store credit, refund or exchange)
• Your daytime telephone and/or fax number and e-mail address
If you do not have your receipt, please also indicate the transaction number and the name of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.

Refunds
Cash refunds on resale items only can be given with receipt within 30 days of purchase. Cash under $15.00 can be given; over $15.00 will have a check mailed to you. Please allow for processing and mailing time. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for hair accessories.
